Where are you located?
We are located at a private kitchen in Hollywood. There is no walk-in location at the time. Tastings and Design consultations are scheduled by appointment only.
Do you have a minimum order?
If you are ordering a simple celebration cake, cupcakes, holiday specials, etc. there is no minimum order.
For all custom designed desserts currently our minimum order is $100.00.
How much time in advance should I contact you?
We suggest a minimum of 3-4 weeks prior to your event. However, since we only accept a limited amount of orders per week, we recommend that you secure our services as soon as possible. We are disappointed when we are unable to accommodate late orders. Please note: We love to have 2-3 months’ advanced notice to design the cake of your dreams.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver anywhere in South Florida from WPB to Key West.
Is there a delivery or set up charge?
Local delivery (within a 10 mile radius of Sweet Charity’s Bakery) is included at no additional cost to you. There is a delivery fee for additional miles. There will be a setup fee for multiple tiered cakes or complete dessert tables that need to be assembled on site. Deliveries made on certain holidays will have an additional fee.
What form of payment do you accept?
Payment may be made in cash (in person), check (in person or by mail), or by credit card through PayPal (a 3% surcharge will be applied to all PayPal transactions.)
Can I pick up my cake?
Picking up your cake is an option. For multi-layered cakes we highly recommend our delivery service, to make sure your cake makes it safely to your destination. Once you leave with the cake we can not take responsibility for any mishaps.
We do NOT have a pick up option for wedding cakes. There are too many critical details involved that need to be handled by your cake professional.

Do you rent cake stands?
Yes, but only if you secure a cake or desserts with us.
