Policies & Procedures

When order is placed, customer is in full agreement with our policies and procedures.

Availability:
We strive to accommodate everyone. Services are available on a first come first serve basis. Please schedule your consultation as soon as your event date is set.

Deposit:
Based on availability, a 50% deposit of your total order is required to book your event. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposit must be paid in full to reserve your date.

Balance:
The entire balance is due upon delivery. If the balance is not paid in full we will not fulfill your order.

Payments:
Payments can be made electronically with debit or credit card through PayPal, unless other arrangements are made. **YOU DO NOT NEED A PAYPAL ACCOUNT.
You will receive a PayPal invoice by email for the deposit. You will then receive a PayPal invoice by email for remaining balance prior to your event.

We also accept cash.

Delivery:
Local delivery is included in your order. Special arrangements can be made for those living outside of the South Broward County area.
